During the Summer of 1990, the Haunted Forest idea came to light while riding horses through the mountains of Utah on our way back to camp in the dark. Over the last 36 years, the terrifying experience of going through a dark forest in the night has captured the hearts of people from all over the world and has become one of the industry’s most successful Scream Parks! In fact, it has grown to be one of the largest Haunted Attractions in the United States with over 1,000,000, sq. ft. of pure adrenaline. The Haunted Forest located in American Fork, Utah, has become a household name both locally and across the Country.
Each year, the Haunted Forest transforms into a brand new experience, as much thought and effort go into planning and building new sets getting ready for the upcoming Haunt Season. You are sure to NOT be disappointed as you make your way through the dark forest encountering professionally trained actors, top of the line animatronics as well as themed sets designed to scare the pants off anybody who dares enter. Blind Terror is not your typical haunted attraction — it’s a total sensory nightmare. The moment your blindfold goes on, your vision is gone and your instincts take over. Guided only by a rope, you’ll step into pitch-black corridors where unsettling sounds close
in, strange textures brush against you, and smells you wish you could forget linger in the air. Every sense is heightened... and every step feels like the one that might lead you straight into something waiting in the dark.
In Blind Terror, you can’t see the fear — but you can feel it.

💀 What is Blind Terror?
Blind Terror is a pitch-black sensory nightmare. You’ll wear a blindfold and follow a rope trail through complete darkness while your other senses are assaulted by creepy sounds, unsettling touches, and disturbing smells.
📍Where is Blind Terror located?
Blind Terror is inside The Haunted Forest property. Look for the entrance marked with its chilling sign — you’ll know it when you find it.
🎟 Do I need a separate ticket?
Yes — Blind Terror is a separate attraction from the Haunted Forest Trail. Combo tickets and VIP passes that include both are available online and at the ticket booth.
⏳ How long does it take?
Most groups take 10–15 minutes, though in the dark, it feels like forever.
😱 Is it scary?
Yes — the terror comes from not being able to see while relying on your other senses, knowing something is always close.
🚫 Can I remove my blindfold?
Only in case of emergency — doing so will end your experience early.
Rules for Blind Terror
NO running — darkness hides more than you think.
NO touching actors.
Stay on the rope trail at all times.
Blindfold must remain on throughout the experience.
