⚠️ Rules of the Haunted Forest

Everyone enters at their own risk. We cannot control how you react when scared, but we do enforce strict rules:

  1. Do NOT run.

  2. No touching of patrons or actors.

  3. Move forward at a steady pace and stay on the trail.

  4. No swearing or foul language.

  5. No lewd behavior.

  6. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances.

  7. No destruction of props or property.

  8. Keep phones and keys secure β€” put them in a safe place!

Is the attraction scary?
Absolutely. This is a real forest with swamps, mine shafts, castles, and creatures lurking everywhere. It’s far more intense than a typical indoor haunt. Bring friends β€” few make it through alone!

How long does it take?
Most groups complete the Haunted Forest Trail in about 1 hour.

Can I buy tickets online?
Yes β€” purchase at hauntedforestutah.com under Buy Tickets.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes β€” all major credit cards except American Express. Cash is also accepted. (No personal checks.)
⚠️ A service fee applies to each transaction.

Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final.

Will I lose my phone or keys?
If they’re not deep in your pocket or zipped safely away, the answer is YES! Scares happen suddenly, and things get dropped.

What if I lose them?
Report lost items at the ticket booth. If found, we’ll contact you. Some items are returned by other guests, but many are not. Haunted Forest is not liable for lost property.


🌧 Weather & Safety

Are you open if it rains?
We rarely close for rain. In cases of severe downpour, we may close unexpectedly, but your tickets can be rescheduled.

What should I wear?

  • Dress for the outdoors: cold winds, dirt, and dust.

  • Wear layers and closed-toe shoes.

  • Don’t wear anything you can’t get dirty.

Can children come?
Yes, but use discretion. The Haunted Forest is intense and may be too much for younger kids.

What about pregnancy or health conditions?
Entry is at your own risk. Pregnant women and those with health conditions should proceed with caution.
